I’m not a long time resident of Cookeville, but almost 8 years ago we were looking to relocate to this beautiful city. A friend suggested that we talk to Mac Evans, and we were truly happy we did. Mac worked diligently to find us a lot and a builder we could work with to build our lovely home. He did a real professional job for us, and I have referred him to a couple of good friends of mine, who are very happy with him too. When I’m ready to sell my home, I won’t hesitate to work with Mac Evans again.

One year ago on Halloween, I closed on my home on Inglewood Drive thanks to the hard work of Mac and Karen Evans who were “oh sooo patient” with me.
