My husband and I worked with Mac and Karen in finding a home in a market that was largely picked over because we were looking at the end of the Spring/Summer season of brisk sales. We were very particular about what we wanted and even considered building a house. But when we described what we wanted to build and a home that met that criteria opened on the market, Mac suggested it immediately and we found our “dream” home. Mac treated us as if we were high end clients and he is amazing in how fast he will return an email or phone call, even when he is on vacation. We were so pleased to have his years of experience and depth of knowledge of the market in Cookeville in order to meet our wish list.
