Mac and Karen have really come through for our family every time we needed to buy or sell a house. We had a chance to make a sudden move for three of our family and Mac and Karen were on it as soon as we called to ask what to do. They listed our houses quickly and accurately helped anticipate anything we should do to prepare the properties for viewing and sale, and wow, we were able to get solid, fast, strong sales in order to make the whole move happen. They are both so conscientious, aware of the market, aware of the credible things to do in buying and selling. I should add that my first move to Cookeville was also a house for which Mac and Karen were my agents as I was buying while still living out of town. Mac and Karen have helped me to sell a house with a farm and also sell another farm. They’ve helped me to purchase another house and another farm. They are good people. Honest, hard working and smart. They have been in the business for years. I’ve had other realtors offer their services. None of the other realtors impress me like Mac and Karen Evans.
